Man charged after police say drugs were found in home

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A man has been charged after police say drugs and paraphernalia were found in his home.

According to the criminal complaint, 50-year-old Charles Rutledge Jr., of Morgantown, was arrested after the Mon Metro Drug and Task Force executed a search warrant at his apartment on Northwestern Avenue.

Police say crack cocaine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia were found in the apartment.

Rutledge is charged with possession with intent to deliver.
