IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- You trust, or at least hope, that when you drop your kids off at daycare, they will be safe and happy. A nightmare situation is unfolding for parents in Ironton, Ohio where a man who runs a daycare out of his home is accused of rape.
A grand jury in Lawrence County, Ohio indicted Clarence Felty Jr., 44, of Ironton, for allegedly raping a child for more than a year. He is facing a first-degree felony rape charge.
