Morgantown man charged with felony shoplifting

MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Morgantown man has been charged with a felony after officials say he was caught shoplifting from a local Goodwill.

According to the criminal complaint, 27-year-old Nicholas Curtis had been charged with shoplifting multiple times before surveillance showed him taking items from the Goodwill on Hunters Way in Morgantown.

Police say Curtis was also wanted on a capias warrant.

Curtis is charged with shoplifting-3rd offense, which is a felony.
