HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Nutter Fort woman has been charged after she was found with multiple drugs.
According to the criminal complaint, an officer pulled Amy Stephens over after she crossed the center line and almost hit the officer's cruiser.
Officials say the officer could smell marijuana coming from the car as he approached. When asked if there was marijuana in the car, she said, "Yes, a lot." The officer then asked her why she crossed the center line and she said she was "picking her nose." Stephens denied being on any medication or drinking alcohol.
According to the complaint, a search was done on the vehicle and officers found marijuana as well as clonazepam and alprazolam. There was also a cell phone with evidence that Stephens was a dealer.
Stephens is charged with possession with intent to distribute clonazepam, possession with intent to distribute alprazolam, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
