Due to a delay in construction, the opening of a new Mexican restaurant in Clarksburg has been delayed.
Officials say the opening of the new QDOBA will now be on April 29th.

QDOBA Mexican Eats will soon be opening its doors in Clarksburg.
The Mexican restaurant will open on April 25th at Eastpointe Shoppes on Emily Drive. The restaurant, known for hand-smashed guacamole and 3-cheese queso, will be locally owned and operated by Canticle Inc., who also owns the QDOBAs in Morgantown, Charleston, Barboursville and Beckley.
“The City welcomes Qdoba to Clarksburg," said City Manager Martin Howe in a press release. "This eatery is one which has been requested by many and we look forward to its opening and continued success.”
A grand opening celebration with giveaways is scheduled for May 11th.
