Religious diversity forum held at Salem University

SALEM, W. Va. (WDTV)- At Salem University, students and faculty got together to have a discussion of religious diversity, Thursday evening.

The event was held by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The panel consisted of American Baptist, Atheism, Islam and other representatives. The panel was asked a variety of questions to help spread the knowledge of different religions all over the world and right here in West Virginia.

"We have so many diverse people on campus. We thought it would be nice to mix the faiths a little bit and get people to be more understand in the different people and cultures," said Cassidy Paluta, President of FCA at Salem University.

They hope to keep having these informative events in the future.
