MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV)-- For the fourth year about 192 golfers spent their day golfing for a cause.
All of the money raised at the tournament will be going toward the new children's tower at WVU Medicine Children's. So far they've raised around $115,000 and will have a final total this evening.
24 teams participated in the morning flight and 25 teams played in the afternoon flight.
The members of Southwestern Energy Company partnered with several contractors to put on the event.
"We know how important it is for pediatric care, especially in West Virginia, and we want to make sure the money is going towards a good foundation. We are all working together for the same goal of helping build new buildings and technology for kids care," said Aimee Abbott the Sr. HSE Coordinator for Southwestern Energy.
