UPDATE: Missing Randolph County teen found safe

According to WVSP, Jonathon Arbogast has been found safe.

The West Virginia State Police is searching for a missing Randolph County teen last seen in Pocahontas County.

Police say 14-year-old Jonathon Arbogast was last seen on April 28th in the Arbovale area. Arbogast is a student at Elkins Mountain School but had a weekend pass to stay in Arbovale with family members. Officials say he was last seen heading to a local convenience store.

Arbogast is described as having reddish-brown hair and brown eyes He is approximately 200 pounds and stands 6' tall. State Police say they are awaiting permission to release a photo.

He was last seen wearing a black Adidas shirt, black jogging pants, a thin black windbreaker, and purple Lebron James shoes.
