State flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy Allen Bolyard

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WDTV) -- All West Virginia state flags on state-owned facilities are to be flown at half-staff today to honor U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy Allen Bolyard, who lost his life Monday in Afghanistan.

Governor Jim Justice proclaimed the flags should be lowered immediately through sunset.
