Woman arrested after she allegedly trespassed and broke into a house

MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV)-- A Monongalia County woman was arrested after she allegedly trespassed and broke into a house Wednesday.

According to the criminal complaint, deputies responded to 60 Straight Lane for a trespassing and warrant service complaint for John Foster.

According to deputies, when they arrived, Foster and Victoria Louk were in the parking lot getting onto a motorcycle. When deputies turned on their lights and sirens, the motorcycle took off hitting the front of the patrol car.

According to deputies, they chased Foster on foot before turning around and taking Louk into custody.

According to the criminal complaint, the lock on the garage door was broken, and there were items belonging to Louk inside. Foster and Louk allegedly tried to take out the copper of an AC unit.

The property owner told deputies that Louk and Foster were not to be on the property and have not lived at the house since September 2018.

According to deputies, Foster was later taken into custody by Marion County Police.

Louk has been charged with breaking and entering. She is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail with her bail set at $5,000.
