Eight 2019 Pirates Draft Picks Begin Pro Journey in Granville

The West Virginia Black Bears are fresh of their first series sweep of the season against the State College Spikes this past weekend to wrap up their six-game home stand. This home stand also represented the organization's first look at the 2019 Pirates Draft Class.

Eight players who were drafted by Pittsburgh this year are beginning their pro careers in Granville this summer with the Black Bears. They are not only making the adjustment from the college level to the pros, but for most of them, this is their first time in West Virginia.
