This weekend, two Top 15 Pittsburgh Pirates prospects were on rehab assignment in Granville.
Third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes, who is the No. 2 ranked prospect in the Pirates organization and has spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Indianapolis, was in the Black Bears lineup on Saturday. Hayes went 0-for-2 on Saturday with an sac fly in the bottom of the third.
Left-fielder Pablo Reyes, the 15th ranked prospect in the organization, who played 23 games for the Pittsburgh Pirates this season and was on the opening day roster, also rehabbed in Granville over the weekend. Reyes went 3-for-4 on Saturday against Williamsport with an RBI and scored a run.
