South Harrison's Saltis Signs with Penn State Fayette Basketball

South Harrison's Kylie Saltis signed to play basketball at Penn State Fayette.

Saltis was named an all-state honorable mention in each of the past four years. She eclipsed 1,000 points this past season and was named All-Harrison First Team.
