Elkins man charged after allegedly showing obscene material to 9-year-old

An Elkins man has been arrested after allegedly showing obscene material to a young boy.
According to a criminal complaint, officials interviewed a 9-year-old boy who said that there were days that 27-year-old Dylan Leary had offered him beer and showed him explicit material on various websites.
The alleged incidents happened between November of 2018 and February of 2019.
Leary is charged with displaying obscene material to a minor.
